Charming cottages, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Loved soaking in the hot tub under the midnight sun. Convenient location with nearby amenities. Great internet access for staying connected.
Oh, I just hated how I had to notify the hotel about my arrival time. Such a chore.

My stay at Hestasport Cottages was absolutely wonderful. The cozy cabin had everything I needed to feel at home and cook my own meals. The view from the cottage was breathtaking, tucked away at the end of the property and surrounded by nature. I felt completely secluded and at peace. The check-in process was easy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the abundance of towels and robes provided, as well as the hair dryer and kettle. The property was spacious and quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. One of the highlights was the beautiful hot tub, although I didn't get a chance to try it. I would have loved to go on their horse ride tour but ran out of time. The nearby Rejkafoss Fosslaug waterfall was a hidden gem that I highly recommend visiting.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were able to enjoy activities like horse riding and rafting, which were both amazing experiences. The cottages were lovely and spacious, and we especially enjoyed using the hot tub each evening. The highlight of our trip was the boat trip to Dranghey Island to see the Puffins in the wild, which was suggested and booked for us by Hettasport. this was the perfect place to stay in the countryside, and we highly recommend it.
Can recommend this hotel.

This cosy cottage near the famous Black Sand Beach offers a comfortable stay with a quiet location next to the ring road. The living room provides a fantastic view of the sunset. The unmanned check-in procedure was well-communicated by email and phone, making arrival hassle-free. The cottage is impressively designed with a touch of perfectionism, stylish decor, and modern appliances. The heating system keeps the cottage warm, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need. The outdoor hot tub is a great addition, perfect for relaxing. The owners are extremely friendly and even provided directions and information about the roads. The horse riding at their farm was a fun activity.
Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

The team at the office were incredibly helpful, giving us a warm welcome and making the check-in and check-out process quick and straightforward. The cottage itself was well laid out and spotlessly clean. The location was amazing and I was lucky enough to see the Northern Lights for the first time while I was there. I only wish I could have stayed longer! The host was also very responsive to our messages and provided useful information about shops and other queries. The hot tub was a highlight, big enough for a group and the perfect temperature. The view from the cottage was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this place, if I go back to Iceland, I would definitely stay here again. The extra touches like bathrobes and slippers in the room were much appreciated. The cabin had everything we needed and more. The staff at Hestasport were friendly and informative, and the horseback riding experience was fantastic. I had an amazing stay at this place and can't recommend it enough.

The cottages were so cool and had everything we needed, like DVD players and coffee/tea makers. The activities were epic, too! We went horse riding and canoeing, and it was the most thrilling experience ever. Plus, the flat-screen TVs with DVD players in each cottage were a total game-changer. It felt like our own private party pad!
If there's one thing we could've asked for, it would be more options for young party-goers like us. We had a blast at Hestasport Cottages, but it would've been even better with some late-night activities or a designated party area.
